A leading supplier of innovative games and systems is looking for a Producer. Qualified candidates will have a software production background in games and has shipped at least two products from start to finish in a production role. Our goal is to create gaming products which elevate the player experience to new levels and maximize profits for our customers.  
 
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
 
The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:
  • Management of game development process
  • Scheduling
  • Budgeting
  • Contract negotiation
  • Business development
  • Press and trade show interviews
  • Game presentations
  • AGILE Product Ownership
  • Interfacing with other departments and outsource partners
  • Trademark search initiation
  • Milestone review and communication
  • Writing concise and accurate design documents
 
Skills / Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with software development and having shipped at least 2 successful products
  • Adept in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
  • Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software
  • Experience with budgeting, bidding and contracts
  • Experience with AGILE or SCRUM project management methods
  • Proven ability to multitask and focus on details
  • Eye for quality and ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems
  • Experience with bug reporting databases
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and eager to learn
  • Demonstrated passion for video or slot games
  • Experience with version control software
  • Strong team building skills
  • Maintaining an understanding of competitive products and technology
  • Plus: Experience managing external relationships such as licensors and outsource studios
  • Plus: Experience in the gaming industry
