The Learning Experience Partner role is part of a broader Human Resources sub-team which consists of Talent Acquisition, Capability Development and Talent & Organizational Development.
What You’ll Do:
  • Work alongside the Leadership & Capability General Manager to diagnose, build and implement organizational capability, leadership and management development for the global business
  • Instructional design (ISD) and/or source blended learning solutions and practical applications for capability initiatives with a particular focus on building leadership capability
  • Create & facilitate training
  • Build a leadership coaching & mentoring academy by optimizing leaders through the leadership curriculum & building capability through other channels including your own coaching within region
  • Support the implementation & effectiveness of a career development framework for leaders
What You’ll Have:
  • 5-8 years’ experience in developing/delivering capability and/or leadership programs/initiatives gained in complex and preferably global environments
  • Accreditation in a variety of external culture diagnostic, leadership capability tools and personality instruments.
  • Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) experience (preferred)
  • Broad learning and development toolkit from ground up including facilitation along with solid experience and proven track-record of soft skills development
  • Experience in technology enabled training development and building blended learning solutions
  • Experience in a variety of training styles and mediums including digital/virtual delivery, group, self-directed as well as curriculum development, instructional design, content development
  • Experience with competency frameworks and embedding it into the DNA of the organization
  • Analytics and data orientated approach to identify business issues and implement strategies to enhance people performance
  • Demonstrated effectiveness as a facilitator of adult learning improving quality and effectiveness of managers and leaders in an organization.
